Before you apply

Do I need gym experience to work with you?
No. Your plan is built around your current level, your equipment, and your schedule. Beginners often progress the fastest. They just need structure and someone watching the work.
I work full time. How much time does this take?
Most clients train 3 to 5 hours per week. The program is designed for busy schedules and fits your life, not the other way around. What it does demand is consistency with the hours you commit.
What exactly do I get as a client?
A custom training plan, a custom meal plan, weekly check-ins with adjustments, habit and workout tracking, a monthly mindset plan, and 24/7 support access. The full breakdown is on the Escape Average program page.
How is this different from a workout app or PDF program?
Apps give you information. Coaching gives you a plan built for you, adjusted every week based on your results, plus accountability that makes quitting expensive. Information was never your problem.
How long until I see results?
Most clients feel the difference in 2 to 3 weeks and see visible change by weeks 8 to 12. I don't promise timelines. I promise that if you execute the plan, your next 90 days won't look like your last 90.

My Story

I know exactly what stuck feels like.

I started where most people start: skinny, inconsistent, and convinced I just needed to find the right program. I would train hard for three weeks, miss a few days, and quietly start over, again and again.

What changed wasn't a new workout. It was the decision to stop negotiating. I built a plan, tracked everything, and made showing up something I refused to skip, especially on the days I didn't feel like it. The body followed. The confidence followed. Everything followed.

That's why I coach. Not because fitness is my hobby, but because I know the exact gap between wanting to change and actually changing, and I want to help you walk across it.
